Fuel Surcharge:
A $1.00 - $5.00 per hour fuel surcharge will be added in accordance with Nevada State regulation. Actual hourly rate is reviewed monthly and is based on the average national per gallon price of gasoline. |

Alcoholic Beverages:
In vehicle bars are provided in most vehicles for passenger use. However, Nevada State Law prohibits CLS from providing alcoholic beverages. |

Gratuity:
Third party reservations, corporate accounts, large groups, specialty events, or shuttle charters may be set-up to include an automatic 20% driver gratuity that will be added to the invoice at the time of billing. |
